Isaiah attended Prospect Primary and in his earliest years of schooling; his academic
discipline was clear. During that time, he was selected as Head Boy. Isaiah's next
academic milestones were marked by his engagement in various educational and
sporting activities at John Gray High School (JGHS). There, he maintained high grades, a
positive attitude to learning, and an impressive GPA of 4.0. In Year 11 (2024) Isaiah passed
seven subjects, and further to this (in 2025) completed an additional seven.

He has been deeply involved in music, as a member of his high school steelpan band and
has also participated in past Cayman Arts Festival events, where he played the trombone.
Isaiah remains well-rounded with his involvement in sports. He was the founder/captain
with the JGHS Swim Club. Isaiah has also been an active member of the Seven Mile
Swimmers (with Coach Darren Mew). From 2015 to present, he has participated in local
and international swim events. Isaiah is interested in STEM fields, and has served as a
lead mentor for the JGHS Robotics Club. He has participated in math, academic and
robotics competitions throughout high school.
Currently, Isaiah is pursuing A-Levels at Cayman Prep & High School, where he is
studying Math (and Further Math), Physics and Computer Science. Isaiah intends to
pursue a career as a commercial airline pilot. In Summer 2025 he interned at Cayman
Airways with the Systems Operations Control division and also the Maintenance &
Engineering division; where he gained insight into the day-to-day management,
mechanics and administration of the local aviation industry.
In future, he would like to volunteer for “Taster Days” offered to help students transition
to high school or Sixth Form; where they are able to learn first-hand about future career
field(s) from young Caymanians working in their prospective industries. Isaiah would also
like to develop other mentorship opportunities for youth interested in STEM- or sportsrelated
clubs. He wishes to engage with school prefects/student leaders to directly
inspire the next generation.
An interesting fact about Isaiah is that from 2023 to present, he has utlised complex flight
simulators during his spare time (as a form of ‘relaxation’); controlling over 4000 flights
across 20 international airports. He looks forward to a promising career in aviation.
