About the Event
This Self-Defense course is geared towards teaching our youth the basic aspects of self defense with a mix of both theoretical and practical work every Tuesday and Thursday until the 22nd of this month, including learning to recognise dangerous situations, prevention and avoidance, conflict de-escalation, and of course, practical techniques to deal with a variety of different forms of attack.
