Inspiration in Action is back!
The Youth Services Unit is launching the second iteration of its ‘Inspiration in Action' series, showcasing the 2026-2027 Proud of Them recipients. The initiative creates spaces for open dialogue, community building and community service, allowing our Honourees to connect with other youth more seamlessly.
Youth volunteers from various organizations, as well as those interested in developing community relations, are invited to participate in various activities hosted by the Youth Services Unit which will foster conversations between current and potential Honourees.
The initiative from this series is our “Love of Community Mixer” being hosted on Saturday, February 7th, from 6:00PM-8:00PM at the Intergenerational Hub. This event will include creating custom made cards for Valentine’s Day for recipients of Meals on Wheels, while engaging with youth from other Community Service organizations. Our spaces are limited to 35 attendees, RSVP today!
