After-school Programme - Jubilate

Jubilate was founded in 2016 as a social outreach after-school programme with an emphasis on music; specifically, building an orchestra. Jubilate's vision is to create a positive social and spiritual change in the lives of children by inspiring them to become good citizens through disciplines learned at Jubilate.
